Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: October 31, 2026

This notice is for consumers who want a clear California CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq., as amended) opt-out statement for VRAMNeeded (vramneeded.com).

Our statement

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do not share your personal information with third-party advertising networks via cookies or pixels on this site.

VRAMNeeded has no customer accounts and does not run a data-broker or list-rental business.

What we do use

  • Hosting: Cloudflare may process standard request logs (see Privacy).
  • Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics may count page views in a privacy-oriented way (typically without advertising cookies).
  • Affiliate / referral links: if you choose to click an affiliate link to a GPU cloud or retailer and later buy or sign up, that partner may credit us. That is disclosed on Disclosure and in the Privacy policy. We do not send them a dossier about you beyond what their own checkout and cookies collect after you leave our site.

Opt-out / limit use

Because we do not sell personal information and do not run ad-sharing cookies on this site, there is no on-page toggle that disables a sale we are not performing.

If you still want to exercise a California opt-out of sale or sharing, or a know / delete / correct request about information you sent us (for example an email):

  1. Email vramneeded.partners [at] gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line California privacy request
  3. Say whether you want opt-out, know, delete, or correct, and include any email address you previously used to contact us

We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

You may also use industry tools such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser. We do not use ad tech that sells or shares based on GPC today; we treat GPC as an opt-out preference for any future sale/sharing we might introduce, which we would disclose here before enabling.

We will not discriminate against you for making any request. Your full California rights (know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit sensitive personal information, non-discrimination) are listed in the Privacy policy.
